Terms & Conditions

Your registration grants you access only to the Event and the experiences associated with your selected pass type. Travel, hotel accommodations, parking, and other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

ACA WAY reserves the right to deny admission, revoke access, or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values and standards of the Event.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. Event badges must be worn at all times while inside Event areas.

ACA WAY reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event at any time, including but not limited to:

• Speakers
• Panels
• Schedules
• Locations
• Programming
• Networking experiences
• Event format or timing

Such modifications do not qualify attendees for refunds or credits.

By attending ACA WAY, you grant ACA WAY and its partners the irrevocable right to photograph, record, film, livestream, and capture your likeness, voice, image, and participation in any media format.

You acknowledge and agree that ACA WAY may use such materials for promotional, marketing, educational, commercial, and archival purposes in perpetuity without compensation, approval, or additional consent.

ACA WAY is committed to creating a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment.

All attendees agree to:

• Treat fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, staff, and venue personnel with professionalism and respect
• Respect cultural, religious, and personal differences
• Follow all reasonable instructions provided by Event staff and venue management

ACA WAY maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Bullying
• Threatening behavior
• Abusive language
• Intimidation
• Unwanted solicitation
• Disruptive conduct of any kind

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

Event registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by ACA WAY.

Attendee badges may not be shared, resold, copied, exchanged, or transferred outside of approved ACA WAY systems. Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

Lost badges may require verification and additional fees for replacement.

Attendees may capture photos and social media content in approved public Event areas for personal or company use.

However, unauthorized professional recording, livestreaming, rebroadcasting, or reproduction of Event sessions, presentations, workshops, or proprietary materials is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from ACA WAY.

All registration fees are due at the time of registration.

Refund Policy — All ticket sales are final. ACA WAY does not provide refunds, credits, or rollovers for:

• Cancellations
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel issues
• Speaker changes
• Weather events
• Personal circumstances
• No-shows

ACA WAY reserves the right to cancel registrations with incomplete or declined payments.

Sponsors and exhibitors are subject to additional agreements, operational guidelines, and payment terms specific to their participation level.

ACA WAY reserves the right to modify floor plans, booth assignments, sponsorship deliverables, and activation areas when necessary for operational or Event-related purposes.

All ACA WAY branding, logos, presentations, programming, videos, graphics, session materials, trademarks, and Event content are the exclusive property of ACA WAY or its respective partners and licensors.

No attendee may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Event content without prior written consent.

By registering for ACA WAY, you consent to the collection and use of your information for Event operations, communications, marketing, networking, and attendee experience purposes.

Your information may be shared with approved sponsors, exhibitors, and partners associated with ACA WAY unless otherwise prohibited by law.

ACA WAY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Event.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance, including travel, health, personal property, and participation in Event activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA WAY's total liability related to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for registration.

ACA WAY shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, modifications, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Venue issues
• Labor disputes
• Acts of terrorism
• Internet or technology failures

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from participation in ACA WAY shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

By registering for or attending ACA WAY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

ACA WAY reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
