Your registration includes full access to both days of ACA WAY 2026 programming — Main Stage, Breakout Stage, and Demo Stage sessions, the Expo Hall, and all networking areas. You'll also get access to the ACA WAY mobile app and digital event resources. Continental breakfast and afternoon refreshments are included; lunch and dinner are not.

ACA WAY 2026 takes place Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Hilton Miami Downtown, 1601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. Official programming runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

No badges are mailed. All attendees must check in onsite and present the QR code from their registration confirmation email or the ACA WAY app. Early badge pickup is available Tuesday, September 22 from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. On event days, badge pickup is open 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Badges must be worn at all times to access sessions and event areas.

Hotel is included only if you select one of the Conference Pass + Hotel packages. All official hotel accommodations are at Hilton Miami Downtown at a rate of $209 per night, run of house (room type/bed configuration not guaranteed). If you choose a ticket without a hotel package, you're responsible for your own accommodations.

All registrations and packages are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee prior to the published transfer deadline.

Select ticket tiers include a 1-year HAFA membership. Eligibility requires being an independent, non-captive insurance agent with at least two active insurance carrier contracts. If you don't meet eligibility, you'll still receive full conference access — HAFA benefits are subject to verification.

Yes — all Main Stage, Breakout Stage, and Demo Stage sessions will be translated into 10 languages using live translation technology.

Lunch, dinner, alcoholic beverages, airfare, airport transportation, parking, hotel incidentals, and personal expenses are not included with any ticket or package.

Yes. All sessions and event areas will be professionally filmed, photographed, and recorded. By registering, you consent to being included in event media used for promotional and marketing purposes.
