What is ACA Way?

ACA Way is a national conference at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, technology, artificial intelligence, innovation, and business strategy. It is designed for serious professionals who are building, scaling, modernizing, and transforming organizations across the ACA ecosystem and beyond.

Is ACA Way only for insurance professionals?

No. While ACA Way remains deeply rooted in the ACA marketplace, the event has intentionally expanded to attract a broader, more strategic audience.

Attendees now include technology leaders, founders, operators, investors, consultants, marketers, and executives across multiple industries. With the addition of the Equity Investment Lounge, Provider Lounge, and expanded business strategy and performance content, ACA Way brings together a more complete ecosystem where policy, technology, capital, and execution intersect.

How large is ACA Way?

ACA Way 2026 spans over 47,000 square feet on a single floor, designed for seamless movement and continuous engagement.

The event includes:

Main Stage with 900+ capacity
Breakout Stage for up to 300 attendees
Demo Stage for up to 100 attendees
Picasso Meeting Room for up to 60 attendees
Expanded Expo Hall and networking environments
Private meeting spaces for 8 to 24 attendees

Attendance is expected to exceed 1,200 professionals, with capacity up to 1,500.

Who typically attends ACA Way?

Attendees include carrier executives, agency owners, brokers, agents, technology founders, SaaS leaders, compliance professionals, legal experts, policy leaders, investors, operators, and business builders.

The 2026 expansion introduces greater participation from capital partners, medical providers, and performance focused professionals, creating a more dynamic and interconnected ecosystem.

Is this event educational or sales focused?

ACA Way is education first. The environment prioritizes substance, strategy, and meaningful dialogue. Business opportunities naturally develop, but the experience is not structured around high pressure selling.

What does my ticket include?

Your conference pass includes:

Access to Main Stage, Breakout, and Demo Stage sessions
Access to the Expo Hall, networking environments, and curated lounges
Continental breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Afternoon snack service
Coffee, tea, and refreshments from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Access to the event mobile app and digital resources

Lunch and dinner are not included.

How much does registration cost?

Individual Conference Pass

A 7.5% event tax will be applied at checkout. Pricing is subject to change as capacity fills.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All ticket sales are final.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee prior to the transfer deadline.

Are ticket and hotel packages available?

Yes. ACA Way offers official ticket and hotel packages at Hilton Miami Downtown.

All packages include a two day conference pass and hotel accommodations within the host venue.

What are the hotel package options and pricing?

All pricing below is before taxes and fees.

Early Arrival Package (September 22–24)
Includes two hotel nights and one conference pass
$897 total

Standard Stay Package (September 23–25)
Includes two hotel nights and one conference pass
$897 total

Full Experience Package (September 22–25)
Includes three hotel nights and one conference pass
$1,106 total

A 7.5% event tax and 13% hotel tax will be applied at checkout.

What hotel room types are included?

Rooms are run of house and assigned by the hotel at check in based on availability.

Rooms may include one bed or two beds. Bedding type is not guaranteed.

Requests for specific room types must be submitted after registration and are not guaranteed.

Do you recommend staying at the host hotel?

Yes. Staying onsite significantly increases access to networking, meetings, and opportunities.

ACA Way is designed as a continuous experience, not just scheduled programming.
